Andy is the President of Leath HR Group, a Wilmington-based, full-service HR consulting firm. Prior to Leath HR, Andy spent many years working with the Federal Government, specifically with the US EPA following post-grad work with the US Army Corps of Engineers. Most recently, Andy was a Divisional Business Operations Leader for Novant Health. Andy holds credentials as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds a BSc degree, a MA degree, and Graduate Certificates in Lean Process Design. Andy was recently honored by the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce and the Star News as a “40 Under 40” and nominated as a Greater Wilmington Business Journal “Healthcare Hero” for his innovation and leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic. He spends every spare moment with his wife, Lisa, and two daughters exploring this awesome planet. Fun facts: As a Licensed Pilot and EMT, Andy has served as both a search and rescue pilot and first responder.

Drew joined the company professionally in February 2014 after graduating from UNC Wilmington with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies.
