Didier Rabino is a Lean management expert with over 30 years of experience driving transformational improvements in healthcare, manufacturing, and service sectors. As President and Founder of Lean Management Systems LLC, he provides hands-on coaching to leaders and teams across private and public organizations to build sustainable operational excellence. Didier has held senior leadership roles at Fairview Health Services, HealthEast, Andersen Corporation, and Steelcase, leading large-scale Lean transformations, strategy deployment, and frontline engagement. A Shingo Institute Faculty Member and certified Lean Bronze instructor, Didier is a frequent speaker and has been recognized with top honors from IISE and PEX Network. He has contributed to influential Lean publications and holds Lean certifications from the University of Michigan, University of Tennessee, and Northwestern University. Didier resides in Leland, North Carolina.
April has been licensed as an insurance agent in the Wilmington area since 2010 and has a broad base of customer and referral partners who have relied on her guidance and suggestions for protecting their family’s needs. She’s seen the ups and downs of the market and loves finding solutions to coastal insurance problems. It was her desire to offer more choices for insurance to provide the best rates available to her customers and to cover needs unavailable in the captive market.
She has a passion for service and is a member of the Wilmington Rotary and is a board member of WARM NC.
April lives at home with her husband, a retired commercial pilot, and is the mother to Abby and Bobby.
