    Past, Present, and Futures: The Evolution of Sports Betting in North Carolina

    Attorney Lily Faulconer of Ward and Smith, P.A. will provide a brief history of sports betting in North Carolina before breaking down recently passed legislation that expands legal sports betting in the state beginning in 2024.  Lily will also share the economic and social impacts of the gambling industry and what businesses and young professionals might expect as the legal sports betting landscape continues to shift in North Carolina and across the country.
