Panelists will address some of the challenging circumstances around the EOD project and provide fundamental tips, tricks, and best practices most business owners and landlords can use when making their next real estate decision.
No matter the business sector, attendees will leave with practical guidance that will help inform their space needs. All attendees will take away a current market overview, sample letter of intent (LOI), sample commercial lease, and sample property loading sheet.
