This event is only open to current Leadership Wilmington Alumni Council members or graduates of the Leadership Wilmington program.
Join fellow alumni at this engaging workshop. DEI is both a compliance and organizational component to any business. For companies to achieve DEI excellence, they need to make it a part of their core business strategies. It is not a game of numbers. You must integrate DEI policies and procedures into businesses' operational structures.
