Tech Talent Collaborative is a business-lead partnership designed to facilitate peer exchanges among employers in the Digital Tech Sector. 2026 marks 4th year, co-chairs Ashlye Hernandez & Ramona Jackson. Quarterly Meetings on Wednesdays 4-5 Business Meeting 5-6 Networking: MARCH 4, MAY 6, AUG 26, OCT 21. The group identified key priorities going forward: strengthening a coordinated effort to deepen educational partnerships, spotlighting homegrown success to attract high-caliber talent and investment, and building resilient talent pipelines.
