Event Description:

Join us for one of the Wilmington Chamber's most anticipated annual members-only gatherings—our Annual Oyster Roast! On Friday, November 13, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, come savor Southern flavors with a feast of succulent shrimp, local oysters, and a delicious seafood boil, all while enjoying an open bar featuring premium beer and wine. Mingle with fellow chamber members, create lasting memories by the river, and enjoy live music from Jack Jack 180. 
 
RSVP and secure your spot by noon on November 11. Tickets are $95, including all-you-can-eat oysters and shrimp, plus access to the open bar.

What to Expect
 After parking, find your way to the main entry gates to check-in. Chamber Ambassadors and staff will provide registered attendees with name tags which will serve as your ticket. Ambassadors will then direct our guests to the bars and food stations.
 
Suggested Dress
 Guests can plan for a Smart Casual style at our event.
 The temperatures in North Carolina in November can be quite cold with temperatures between 45°F and 60°F, so warm clothes are a must.
 
Parking
Complimentary parking will be available at the CFCC Parking Deck located on Nutt St.

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

All registration fees for Chamber events, classes, and seminars are non-refundable. If you choose not to attend a registered event, class, or seminar, the fee will be forfeited. However, if the Chamber cancels an event, class, or seminar, a full refund will be issued.

To ensure commitments to our vendors, the Wilmington Chamber requires advance payment for admission to all Chamber-promoted and sponsored events.
