Join us for the Wilmington Chamber's Annual Elected Officials Appreciation BBQ, an exclusive gathering for members of the business community to connect with elected officials from New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender, and Columbus counties.

Food/Beverage & Entertainment 
Guests will enjoy BBQ pulled pork and fried chicken, sides, and desserts prepared by MeMa’s Chick’n’ & Ribs. Guests will also be able to enjoy an open bar, beer and wine, and live music.


What to Wear
Business casual attire is encouraged. As the event will be held on a grassy lawn, we recommend wearing comfortable and appropriate shoes.

This is a rain or shine event so please dress accordingly. An oversized tent will be on-site to provide cover and keep the atmosphere enjoyable regardless of the weather.
 
Where to Park
Guest parking is available at the CFCC Nutt Street Parking Deck, located directly across from the Wilmington Railroad Museum.
Please note: Parking is not available in the Chamber lot due to limited capacity.
 
Arrival & Tickets
This is a Members Only event, though guests of members are welcome. If someone you know is planning to attend but hasn’t registered, online ticket sales close at 5 PM today. Tickets will also be available at the door for $105 per person.
 
When you arrive, please enter through the main gate and check in at the registration table to pick up your nametag. No physical tickets are issued in advance.

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

All registration fees for Chamber events, classes, and seminars are non-refundable. If you choose not to attend a registered event, class, or seminar, the fee will be forfeited. However, if the Chamber cancels an event, class, or seminar, a full refund will be issued.

To ensure commitments to our vendors, the Wilmington Chamber requires advance payment for admission to all Chamber-promoted and sponsored events.
